The Challenge

Creators wanted AI-generated videos but had to jump between tools for scripting, generating, and rendering.

What I Built

Wrote the first commit and built the codebase from scratch. Integrated 45+ AI models (Kling, Seedance, Gemini, Flux Pro), architected Remotion-based server-side video rendering on AWS Lambda, and set up BullMQ async job queues for reliable render processing. Promoted to lead after 4 months.

The Impact

Thousands of creators on the platform. Lead a 7-person engineering team. Drove migration to Next.js 16 with Partial Pre-Rendering and Turborepo while shipping new model integrations in parallel.

The Challenge

What I Built

Built a full production SaaS solo: multi-platform post composer with media uploads via Cloudflare R2, keyword-triggered DM automation engine with follow-gating and tracked links, interactive calendar/queue, and 4-tier subscription billing via Polar.

The Challenge

We browse hundreds of pages but forget most of what we read. Bookmarks are flat lists with no connections or search.

What I Built

Chrome extension saves any page. A Cloudflare Workflow extracts content, generates 768-dim embeddings via EmbeddingGemma-300M with HNSW indexing, chunks long articles, and auto-tags using Qwen 3. RAG chat uses HyDE (hypothetical answer embedding) and CRAG (retry with query rewriting) for high-relevance retrieval. A migration-proof embedding registry lets you swap models with zero downtime.

The Impact

Full-stack AI product with a complete RAG pipeline — from content capture to vector search to streamed chat with source citations. Tag-graph hops surface related items beyond vector similarity.
